Being ALTernative is launching a major photo contest to create a unique work of art in the lobby of ALT Hotel Halifax Stanfield.
What's the idea?
- Use a photo contest on Instagram to create an original mural inspired by the bright colours of the ALT Hotel logo.
What can you win?
- One of 28 free nights in an ALT Hotel. Every day between March 1 and 29, one lucky contestant will win a free night and have their picture displayed in large format on the wall!.
How does the contest work?
- Every day at 8 am (ET), Josh Johnson, renowned international Instagramer and host of the famous #JJ_forum, will announce the theme of the day.
- Participants will have until 7 am (ET) the next day to publish their colourful photos inspired by the theme.
- Josh Johnson and his team will select four finalists and one grand prize winner for each day’s contest.
Who can take part?
- Photo enthusiasts from around the world!
- To take part download the Instagram mobile application and follow the Instagram accounts @althotel and @joshjohnson to find out the theme of the day.
- Share your bright photos using the hashtag #altexpo and the day’s hashtag.
- You will be automatically entered in the contest!
